DupeHouse is a community platform for discovering and discussing affordable fragrance alternatives ("dupes"). We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any fragrance brand mentioned on the site.

You must be at least 13 years old to use DupeHouse. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you should have parental permission.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify us immediately at legal@dupe.house.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.

You retain ownership of content you post (forum posts, comments, reviews). By posting, you grant DupeHouse a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, distribute, and promote that content on the Site.

You agree not to post content that:

• Is false, misleading, or defamatory
• Infringes someone else's intellectual property rights
• Is harassing, abusive, or hateful
• Contains spam, unsolicited promotions, or affiliate links without disclosure
• Promotes illegal activity

We may remove any content that violates these rules at our discretion, without prior notice.

Dupe ratings, match percentages, longevity scores, and sillage scores on DupeHouse are community-generated opinions, not scientific measurements. We make no guarantee of accuracy. Your experience with a fragrance may differ significantly from community ratings.

Product prices listed on the Site are indicative and may not reflect current retail prices. Always verify prices before purchasing.

DupeHouse may use affiliate links to fragrance retailers. If you purchase through these links, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. Any sponsored content or paid partnerships will be clearly labelled.

The DupeHouse name, logo, design, and original content (including blog posts and dupe database compilations) are owned by DupeHouse and may not be reproduced without permission.

Fragrance brand names and product names mentioned on this Site are trademarks of their respective owners. Their mention is for reference and comparison purposes only.

DupeHouse is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Site will be available at all times, error-free, or free of viruses.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DupeHouse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on any information provided here — including purchasing decisions made based on community ratings.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (e.g. fragrance retailers, TikTok) and embedded TikTok videos. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites. Accessing them is at your own risk.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which DupeHouse operates. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with those laws.
